Processing Time:
All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your item ships. Personalized and custom products may take a bit longer depending on the complexity and approval process.

Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary based on location:

  • USA: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as advertised.

Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. However, we will always do our best to assist if your package is taking longer than expected.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please contact us before returning to receive approval and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to their customized nature, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
