Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All Roam and Rest Living products are made to order. Processing times vary by product and typically range from 1–8 business days. The estimated processing time for your specific item will be listed on each product page.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location and the product ordered.

Total Turnaround
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase to receive your order, though most arrive sooner.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping
We currently ship most products to Canada. Please note that custom metal products ship within the United States only. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.
